Z Wellness is a functional medication therapy management & Wellness consultancy, created by Dr. Ahmed Zikri, to help people restore their health and live longer, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Dr. Zikri, who recently moved to Panama, was inspired to create Z Wellness after struggling for years with his own health. After years of frustration with much of the conventional wisdom out there, Dr. Zikri embarked on a personal journey to restore his health.

Dr. Zikri realized that using food as medicine is one of the most important interventions to preventing diseases and restoring good health. He also learned that a comprehensive approach that integrates nutrition with other lifestyle interventions such as regular exercise, stress management, and good sleep hygiene is the best way to increase our longevity and extend our health span.

Dr. Ahmed Zikri is an American board-certified pharmacist with over 12 years of clinical pharmacy experience. He is a registered functional medicine practitioner with the Institute for Functional Medicine, and he also completed postgraduate studies in clinical nutrition.
