Richard and Yarina Meyer are the owners of Sugar and Spice Dulces Gourmet in Boquete. They opened Sugar and Spice in 2009, Richard a trained Baker & Pastry Chef and Yarina a Professional in International Relations combined their expertise to help create one of the most visited places in Boquete.
