So Hot is a traditional Chinese restaurant specialized in offering hotpots. This is one of the first hotpot restaurants in Panama, a concept of northern Chinese food that consists of placing a pot of broth in the center of the table with mushrooms, chicken, tomato, or spicy. This pot is kept constantly hot and is usually accompanied by meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles; all ready to be cooked in the broth.

The dishes are served raw at the table and their cooking is done in the broth with special tools. When ready, you can add some of the delicious So Hot sauces. There is a table with more than 24 sauces that you can combine in your own way and create custom mixes to enhance the flavor of your dish!

So Hot’s proposal is interactive. The customer can enjoy a new culinary experience while enjoying a healthy, fresh, and delicious meal with the various sauces accompanying each dish. The restaurant has 11 private rooms; 3 of them with karaoke equipment to spend a different and fun evening.
