Enkai is the first Japanese Peruvian Nikkei restaurant in the Old Town of Panama. Its name means party, celebration, or banquet around the kitchen where everyone is invited to discover.

The gastronomic proposal features the best of Japanese Peruvian Nikkei cuisine prepared at the moment with the freshest ingredients and the seasoning of the renowned Chef Masaki Uyema.

Although ceviche, tiradito, nigiri, and sushi are the specialty, there is also a delicious fusion with local gastronomy in dishes such as “Caribbean Samurai” or “Kani Patacones”.
