With a renewed menu that explores the best of the sea, designed to live the Fishería experience and an extensive wine cellar in collaboration with Vini Shop, a boutique importer specialized in Italian wines and spirits, led by Panamanian businesswoman Anabela Niedda.

Together they have created an eloquent pairing approved by Bacchus himself, the Roman god of wine. This pairing involves the exquisite palate of Cipriani, a wine company from Northern Italy, in a perfect convergent union that allows you to elevate the imagination and desire for satisfying sensations.

Each dish is paired with a specific wine, like a dance of flavors. The delicious salmon tartare is paired with a refined and elegant Cipriani Rosé Brut Millesimato. The Ceviche Trio, the chef’s specialty, is paired with a Cancello Della Luna, a Chardonnay from the northern Italian region of Trevenezie, and the emblematic Spaghetti with Shrimp with a Giulietta Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut.

This is followed by Octopus with Garlic, a dish that enhances the authentic flavor of each ingredient and is well paired with Cancello Del Sole, a Cabernet Sauvignon from Trevenezie. And to conclude this gastronomic journey through the Mediterranean cuisine, dessert is the chef’s choice, with always fresh dishes, perfectly combined with a frizzante cocktail, the only and genuine Cipriani Bellini from Venice.

The two restaurants, Casco Viejo and Isla Flamenco on the Calzada de Amador, offer all of this in a fun and lively atmosphere. At Fishería Seafood in Amador you can enjoy the Rooftop, where different activities are presented from Thursday to Sunday, so that all customers can enjoy the view, with exquisite dishes and refreshing cocktails.

Thursdays are Latin Night (varied and tropical music) with a DJ starting at 7:00 pm. Friday is Electro Night, DJ Saturday and Sunset on Sundays from 04:00 pm with the restaurant’s most important DJ and public figure, Andrés Gil.
