Our specialty is Panamanian fusion cuisine, with an emphasis on Pacific flavors. Here, you can savor a delicious selection of creative and gourmet dishes that combine the best of local cuisine with international influences.

Some of our standout dishes, like the Barrio Chino or the Guacho de Langosta—made with fresh tomato sauce, saffron, lobster tails, yuca, ñampi, and coconut foam—have established us as one of the best new spots in Panama.

At Canal House, we use both local and imported ingredients to create unique dishes for our diners. One of the benefits of being near the Panama Canal is that we can source all the necessary products for our menu completely fresh.

We redesigned this restaurant to create a cozy, tropical, fun, and family-friendly atmosphere where our guests can enjoy unique sunsets and the impressive view of the giant ships transiting the Canal, giving the sensation of being close enough to touch them.

To please and ensure the satisfaction of our guests, we conduct surveys with space for recommendations to further improve our service. Additionally, to maintain quality, we ensure dedicated staff and offer a unique gastronomic experience in a space that everyone can enjoy.

Our biggest challenge so far has been establishing our identity as Canal House and not as the former Yacht Club restaurant. 

To connect with our local audience, we like to create cultural shows with traditional music to maintain and promote the traditions of our country.

From our experience, we have managed to understand our audience through a suitable menu and, most importantly, by creating an attractive proposal that captivates our clientele.
